Returns & Exchange Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
No refunds or exchange due to change of mind will be entertained for all goods sold through our retail/online shop.
If you received a package with damaged or incorrect item(s), please email us at email@example.com.
All defects or wrong items must be reported within seven (7) days from receiving the package.
To submit a return request, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Receipt/Order ID
- Purchase Date
Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your return request. Once your request has been approved, all items must be returned in its original packaging within the next seven (7) days to 30 Kallang Place #07-20/21 Singapore 339159.
No returns or exchange will be allowed for any sale and/or promotional items.
Stellar M is not responsible and will not be liable for any exchange of goods that are damaged by misuse or improper use.
Stellar M reserves the rights to reject any exchange requests for items that do not comply with our return/exchange policies.
For avoidance of doubt, working days include Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays.
