Standard Shipping
- Standard shipping is free for orders above S$70, otherwise a shipping fee of S$5 will be charged.
- Orders received before 3pm will be packed and shipped out the next working day.
- Standard shipping will take about 3-7 working days from order confirmation to arrive.
- Pre-order: Items listed under pre-order will be delivered within the stated time-frame. Should there be any delays, our team will be in touch.

Self-Collection
- Self-collection is free.
- Self-collection orders are available for collection only on weekdays, between 10am-5pm, at our showroom located at 30 Kallang Place, #07-20/21, Singapore 339159.
- Orders will be ready for collection within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email notification once it is ready.
Local Distributor Warranty
Machines and grinders bought from Stellar M and its authorised resellers in Singapore have a one year local distributor warranty covered by us. Please register your warranty within 30 days from the date of purchase as shown in your invoice/receipt.
Returns & Exchange
By default, refunds or exchange due to change of mind will not entertained for all goods sold. However, if you received a package with damaged or incorrect item(s), please email us at sales@stellar-m.com with your receipt/order ID, purchase date, and a photo of the the item(s) you received within 7 days of receiving it. Our team will be in touch within 1-3 working days to advice on the next steps.
We will not be responsible or liable for any refund/exchange of goods that are damaged by misuse or improper use. We reserves the rights to reject any exchange/refund requests for items that do not comply with our return/exchange policies.
